As the driving force behind the Company’s growth, Michael’s day to day work involves proactively engaging with existing and new clients to share the Anchorpoint experience. He leads a great team of industry professionals to bring projects to life.

Sean works along side our designers to develop your concept and brief into a deliverable project. His attention to detail is well practised in his history of building electrical control panels, and his 1958 Landrover restoration!

Ewan is a skilled designer with 23+ years of experience. His deep understanding of planning, design and construction for workplace renovation and expansion projects in a variety of industries has allowed him to discover solutions that create thriving environments and enhanced design experiences.

Alison is responsible for building a pipeline of sales opportunities by engaging with existing and potential clients across Scotland. Alison loves meeting and connecting with people, and is passionate about raising brand awareness in the market.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience behind him, Gregor is a highly competent project manager, who we can rely on to skillfully deliver and coordinate a project on time, with minimal distraction to the client.

Arlene is responsible for the sales and purchase ledger and provides finance support for customer accounts and the supply chain.

Dale focusses on optimising performance over the whole Company, keeping a close eye on the finances. He enjoys seeing projects completed on timescale and budget and satisfied customers.

Ensures each project is delivered to an exceptional standard and ultimately achieves client satisfaction. Provides the main point of contact for clients, contractors and all 3rd parties during this crucial stage.

Lynn is responsible for costing and controlling of financials on projects from estimation through to delivery, working with the inhouse team, sub-contractors and clients.

Dean is passionate about creating spaces that are functional, helping to solve the problems within the brief and developing environments that improve the way people live and work.

Takes a concept design, and makes it come to a deliverable reality. Guarantees that the creative design can be built and achieved within the client budget, whilst meeting all regulations.

Creating a network of sales openings, engaging with current and new clients. Raising awareness of the Company across the country.

Brinsley is a key link between our PreCon Team and Design Team as he provides support for all the furniture requirements of our clients. His ability to understand the needs of our client in terms of providing furniture options that deliver on their style & brand requirements is second to none. Coupled with his constant drive to secure a cost effective, but sustainable offering, ensures our clients are always delighted with the final look of their workspace.

Niall has built up over 20 years of sales & client relations experience across both the residential & commercial world of development & has cultivated relationships across a wide and vast array of industries throughout the UK. His main role is to support all clients from their initial engagement with Anchorpoint through to the final handover of every successful project we deliver.

With almost 10 years experience as a talented Creative Designer, Rachael can take a space that our clients feel is just lacking of personality or excitement and will turn it into a design that engages, exhilarates and exemplifies what that space could be for their business and importantly for their staff.

Tequila is the key conduit that all parts of our dynamic team flows through as she has her finger on the pulse of all things Anchorpoint Interiors. She is always willing to support and assist everyone across the entire company and her creative mind and attention to detail is showcased with her support across our marketing outreach and social media presence.
